I am a reflexologist and bodywork practitioner working with the body, mind, and soul through deeply somatic, transformative sessions. My work begins in the body — through reflexology and practical Reiki massage — supporting release, regulation, and natural reconnection with inner balance.

Alongside hands-on bodywork, I am a certified Family Constellations facilitator, TRE® provider, Reiki practitioner, and tarot reader. I hold a Master’s degree in Biology and completed the Certificate of Jungian Studies with the Jungian School in Dublin, as well as further training within the Jungian Society. This allows me to integrate depth psychology and symbolic understanding into my somatic work.
